What’s the ordering process?
We price every job case by case, not from a generic list, so the options actually fit your design, your garments and your budget. Here is how an order comes together, from first enquiry to picking it up.

Starting an order
Kick things off by filling out the short form on our request an estimate page, linked at the top and bottom of this page. Tell us what you want and we will take it from there.
Set yourself up for a fast, accurate quote
- Clarify your vision. Think about the colours, design elements and overall look you are going for.
- Get your files right. Supply artwork as vector (.SVG, .EPS, .AI) or a transparent PNG at 300dpi.
- Add a mockup. Attach a quick mockup so we can see exactly what you are aiming for. It speeds up production.

We quote
Once your inquiry is in, our team reviews it and comes back with options shaped to your budget, your garments and your timeline.
Good to know
Asking for extra options after you have a quote can send the job back to the start of the queue. If it is urgent, tell us your date when you get in touch and we will tell you straight what is possible.

Accepting your quote
Your quote lands in the portal. Give the styles, sizes and colours a final check, then accept and pay. We take 100% payment upfront to start your order.
Heads up on stock
Popular styles sell out fast in Australia. We check stock before quoting, but the longer payment waits, the higher the risk your blanks sell out from under the order.

Proof approval
Once your quote is accepted and paid, you may receive a mock-up of your garment to sign off before we print.
What approval covers
Proof approval is for sign-off, not order changes. Minor tweaks like size and placement are free. Bigger changes may need a fresh quote, so get them in early.

Production and dispatch
Everything signed off? Relax, Halo has it covered. We print to your due date and let you know the moment it is ready.
Every order is for in-store pickup at St Peters unless you asked for delivery when you placed it.
