WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh screen, one screen for each colour, straight onto the garment. It lays down a thick, vivid layer that is hard wearing and holds up wash after wash, which is why it is the classic choice for bold, punchy designs. Because there is a setup step to make the screens, it really shines on larger runs, where the cost per piece keeps dropping the more you print. For one or two strong colours across a team kit, an event or a merch drop, nothing beats it.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you have a minimum?
Screen printing has a setup step to make the screens, so it works best from 26 pieces. For smaller runs, DTG or DTF is usually the better and faster option, and we are happy to point you the right way.
How many colours can you print?
Screen printing is built for bold spot colours, usually one to ten per design. If your artwork is full colour or photographic, we will suggest a digital method instead.
How should I supply my artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are ideal so we can separate the colours cleanly. Send what you have and we will get it press ready.
