Halo Print Co. User Agreement

Terms of service: an agreement between you and Halo Print Co. to enter and use this website and services. By continuing to use the site, you accept these terms. The company reserves the right to modify terms without express notice.

Quote Validity and Pricing

All quotes remain valid for 14 days from issuance. Supplier cost fluctuations may result in pricing adjustments. Changes to garment type, quantity, design, or placement may alter pricing. Post-payment modifications may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Contact support@haloprintco.com with your purchase date, order number, item to return, return reason, and a photo of the fault or damage.

What can be returned: Only faulty/damaged items or defective prints. No returns after 14 days of receipt. Items with wear or makeup stains are excluded.

Non-returnable: Change of mind, approved proof errors, non-print-ready artwork, RGB to CMYK colour shifts, shipping delays, wrong garment size selection.

Garment sizing measurements online are within +-2cm. Anything outside this may be considered faulty depending on the supplier.

Colour and Print Specifications

Colour shifts between the RGB digital screen colour gamut and the CMYK printing colour gamut are not the responsibility of Halo Print Co. For maximum accuracy, screen printing with exact PMS codes is recommended. Print dimension/placement measurements are within +-2cm; anything outside constitutes a misprint.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard turnaround: up to 2 weeks for custom orders.

• Same Day: Pay by 1pm and pick it up around 4pm the same day (Mon to Fri, DTG and DTF, subject to capacity)
• Express: 5 business days
• Rush: 3 to 4 business days (a rush fee applies)

We guarantee processing timeframes but are not responsible for courier or Australia Post errors once dispatched on time.

BYO and Supplied Garments

BYO garments are supplied at the customer's risk. Print or production errors on customer-supplied items cannot be replaced or reimbursed.

Washing Instructions

• Gentle cycle
• Wash inside out
• Do not tumble dry
• Dry in shade
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
• Do not iron on top of decoration

Mock-ups

We are not required to provide a mockup or design sheet prior to starting production if approval was given by the client verbally, by email, in writing, or by invoice payment. Mock-ups represent size Large (industry standard) and are visual representations only.

Intellectual Property

Users receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the website for intended purposes. Users own intellectual property rights in original materials they create. If added to public galleries, users grant Halo Print Co an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license.

Limitation of Liability

Halo Print Co's sole liability shall be limited to the substitution or replacement of any product or service that has been ordered and paid for.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Parties submit to exclusive Australian court jurisdiction.
